From 15.10.2009r. Number 615
As required by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25 December 1996 № 1548 "On establishing the powers of executive authorities and executive bodies of local councils for the regulation of prices (tariffs) and to regulate the prices of basic food commodities:
1. Set all entities limit the profitability of the production:
1.1. wheat flour, the first and second ratunku, rye flour roughing at 5 percent;
1.2. bread weighing over 500 grams of a simple recipe (flour, yeast, salt, water) without adding sugar, fat and other fillers:
- From wheat flour ratunku of 8 percent;
- From wheat flour first, second and ratunku mixture of wheat flour, rye flour and wheat flour mixture and rye, bread and bakery products for diabetics at 5 percent.
2. Set all entities marginal trade (supply and marketing) allowances to wholesale prices (customs value) excluding the cost of their transportation in the most vulnerable in the amount of:
