The whole park is divided into functional zones:
-Preserved
area - designed for the protection and renewal of the most valuable
natural complexes, the regime is determined in accordance with the
requirements established for the natural reserves;
Zone
controlled recreation - within it is carried out short-term rest and
recuperation of the population, the survey is especially beautiful and
memorable places in this zone allows arranging and related equipment
hiking trails and environmental pathways; banned felling of main use,
industrial fishing and hunting and other activities which may adversely affect the state of natural complexes and objects of the protected zone;
Band stationary recreation - designed to house hotels, motels, campgrounds and other facilities for visitors of the park;
-Economic
zone - within it is carried out economic activity directed to execute,
put to the park, jobs, are objects of public utility of the park, as
well as the land of other landowners and land included in the park,
where economic activity is carried out with the implementation of the
general requirements for protection of natural environment. On
these lands are allowed to build housing, cultural - domestic,
industrial, administrative, recreational and other facilities in
accordance with master plans of settlements and regional planning
